Public common sense

Hello All,
Hope you all aware of all the following news: Bihar: Railways suffers Rs 5 crore loss in anti-MNS agitation.....Buses in mumbai tarched...Bogi of one train torched... We have come across the terms like - economic growth, Dollor value growth, Sensex point increase...But we need to get one term called common sense increase or common sense growth....it is not damaging about the public property it is like damaging ur own property.....u and ur family ur father mother are the one who pay the road tax, professional tax and wealth tax.....I dont know in computer age with people think about IT jobs , booking tickets online, Using debit card to take money, Using credit card for purchase, Pubs, cinema hall mall and still India is moving reverse to the negative age....where is the problem and what is the problem...For someone who is moving his life in Benz and a flat in mumbai area and assets worthy of Rs 500 crore, the other person are doing non sense activities......you cant put as additional qualifications in your resume as bus torching or glass window damage....these guys will understand in future when they face similar situation like this....or India is long way to go in common sense.....so message here is "It is not public it is you and your property"....at the back side of Govt bus in chennai, they mentioned as "this is your asset..Please handle it with care and dont damage"...for this dont go and claim that "this is my asset and park this bus in front of my home"......

White Tiger and Black Tiger

Hello All,
Hope all of you came to know about Booker price for Aravind Adiga the author of the book White Tiger and it has won Britain's prestigious Man Booker Prize, worth $87,000.
At 33, Adiga is the second-youngest writer to win in the prize's 40-year history.
He is also the fourth debut novelist and fifth Indian writer to win. He was born in Singara Chennai and he studied at Columbia University and Oxford. And this book was the one among 115 books . He can very well say that I am the best one in hundred. I didnt have the chance to read that book but seems to be an interesting option than reading books like "Doomsday conspiracy and five point some one. (please be aware that i didnt read only these two books. I just pointed) ...On the other side book reading is an important habit for any one to improve the skills and knowledge. I had my target as one in a month but i slipped somehow. I need to start this again. Coming back to the topic, You wonder who is Black tiger. I saw this word from one of Vijayakanth' poster..."come on Black tiger..The next CM"....(Please understand that i am not belonging to any of the party)...But you should accept the courage this guy has and he promised for Clean TamilNadu....Not dust free it is corruption free... But let us watch how things will go...Any way i have the strong believe that he will remove the terrorists from India . Why???? He did this very well in his past films so he will do in the future films as well...Jokes apart, Courage and risk taking ability are the things which will take the human being to the next level....So take risk and see the film "kadhalil vilunthen" and improve ur courage.

Sachin-The master

Hello all,
It was a very special day yesterday for cricket fans. Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar one of the greatest batsman of all time has broken the final record of most run getters in test cricket. He has highest run getter in one day, most centuries in one day, most 90s in one day and all the repeat in test match as well. The man who born to break the records is Sachin Tendulkar. He has the habit of answering his critics by his bat. He was out of form in the Australian trip - came back with the career highest with 241. Not a match winner- hit an un beaten century in the first final vs Australia. The cover drive ,the hook, the pull, Playing the spin all the areas he is special. so he has lot to do and still more years to come for him to play cricket.

About Anger

Hello All,
Recently i saw one sentence at the back of Orchid chemicals employee bus "Anger is one word away from Danger"....I liked it so much..Yes Anger is a problem creator for any situation and one should know how to control the anger??? then u will ask me question...How can i control anger since it is purely situation based...I will ask you "why you are telling like this"..Then you will say like "I need to finish an urgent work in the government office...Will it be happen without bribe....then controlling anger????I went to the reservation counter the morning 6 and at 8.05 the railway booking officers told me that all the ticketes were booked through online ...then control????I expected the bus conductor to give me a respect...He didnt give even the balance money ....then control????I was riding my byke in a slow pace due to rain but the car fellow just like that made my dress ugly with his rash driving...then control??? yes..there is still more to tell..but we adjusted with this society and error is human as always....so the message here is "show the anger to someone when you are very sure that he wont hit you"

Diwali booking to Pongal booking

Hello all,
Still one more week to go for Diwali function. If you notice the traffic in these 3 days, you will better understand that Chennai doent have any origin or most of them are migrants from different places from Tamilnadu,Andhra and Kerala. But the total rush will be in egmore or central station to reach their respective native places. For that you need to book the train ticket 3 months back...In ur life if you want a challenge for 5 minutes come to me...Simple...I will ask you to book a ticket for pandian express to Madurai in 16th morning for Pongal....If you get a confirm ticket you are lucky and please go and check your astrology and you can proudly express your happiness to the society....Thanks to ananthapuri and Kanyakumari express trains,I booked myself for Diwali...But for now I have the challenge to book for Pongal....People should understand that 95% of the bookings were made through online and not by brokers......The traveling people are techies IT person and family(including me here) and Engineers in different industries......But how to clear the extra rush???......The answer you can get easily is increase more trains and increase more coaches.....If you take the chennai- Kanyakumari route alone some 15 (roughly) trains are moving on a daily basis and if you add 3 special trains then it will be like nearing 20....How much u can increase more.....you will end up in trains running one by one...so adding coaches.....20 coaches on a normal train..increase it by 30???? then we should have one more engine....So only feasible solution is to make it as a double track for to and fro and adding special trains .....But it is a vision and will take long long time......so lesson here is "please wake up early and book ur ticket"

Bus ticket Examiner - Useless guy

Hello All,
You may probably come across a guy called Ticket examiner in your bus travel. Thank god that i didnt get caught till now but I can surely tell that "Ticket Examiners are Jokers". They will be under the shadow of any tree and the bus will have to stop near to them if it is not a bus stop also. They wont come into the inside first and they will ask the people who are getting down. If they are not getting anyone then they will come inside to the bus and check. If you see these people and as a common man I have lots of questions......Why they do not come inside the bus and check the ticket in the peak hours??(Then only they will come to know the sufferings of the poor people who are traveling in peak hours) Why they want to check the people in peak hours time when a common man cant get a place in footboard to place his half foot???? How will they identify the person who is traveling without a ticket for a month or for that day alone???? Is there any mechanism to processize this?????Any suggestions pls????

Scintillating DADA

Hello All,

Hope Cricket lovers are aware of this news- Sourav Ganguly will retire after Ind- Aus Tests. With all the controversies for me He is one of the best captains India has ever produced. He is the one guy who started the habit of winning the Test matches in Foreign Soil. Starting with West Indies then in England and after in Australia and in Pakistan, Sri lanka as well... He is known as the offside god for his enormous capabilities to hit a four when he has 6 fielders in that area....After Australia, He taught the Indian Team on what is aggression and what is Sledging....And the foot work against the spin and Straight six all these thing can still worthy to talk....We hope that he will finish the series in great style and I believe that he will do it....

Indian Overseas Bank or Indian Overhead Bank

Hello All,
Since one of my previous post was with bank especially with Government Banks,I just thought of sharing this experience with you. Saturday morning I went to the IOB branch near velachery to with draw money for my mum and to transfer money as well. Bank was opened in the morning 9.15 itself. I got shocked and my hands were shivering that I had a feeling that I was in singapore or some foreign countries. So with all excitement and praising the authorities of IOB branch and went inside for money transaction....Then only I came to know that after series of holidays they opened the branch early and to close it early....I Searched the forms atleast 10 mins and I was unable to find the money transaction form... I asked one lady there...She just told me that go and get from the last counter....I asked which side..She again told me that "I told that go and check in the last counter".....So I thought of not asking again to her and create myself as Vadivelu actor...With some guess like, the last should be near to the cash counter and I asked one person and he diverted to one other lady and she provided me the form...I had a feeling of watching a Treasue Island film to get one form.....Then I saw the counters....There were 4 but as i expected one closed since the employee was not around....One counter was like "transactions above 15000 and remittance above 10000"..other 2 counters were like "transactions below 15000 and remittance below 10000"....That "above" counter was empty and other 2 counters were flooded with people.....I dont know what is the logic behind above and below 10000.....or what is wrong in sharing the workload of other 2 counters since they are telling like fully computerised.....and lots of shoutings which irritates all the customers...So i wondered when this will change....May be in 2020???? Any thoughts....

Rajasthan Stampede- 150 people killed

This news is so sad to hear. But it raises lots of questions in my mind. From the period of 2003 to till now, these are the following major incidents related to stampede
August 27, 2003: 39 pilgrims killed, 125 injured when devotees who were waiting to bathe surged over a flimsy fence triggering a stampede at the Kumbh festival in Nasik, Maharashtra.
January 25, 2005: 340 devotees trampled to death during an annual pilgrimage at Mandhra Devi temple in Maharashtra.
March 7, 2006: 28 killed, 101 injured in two bombings across Varanasi. First blast at a Varanasi temple followed by another at Varanasi Cantonment Railway Station crowded with pilgrims.
August 3, 2008: 162 dead, 47 injured in a stampede triggered by rumours of a rockslide at Naina Devi Temple in Himachal Pradesh .
August 10, 2008: Two pilgrims died, 250 were left stranded after stairs leading to ancient Mahadeva temple in Kota district of north-western Rajasthan collapsed.

If you see this report you can very well understand that all the incidents happened in North India. No such single thing happened in South India. Two weeks back I went to Tirupathi and Kalahasthi.....The way it was organized and the security are the two major things which i admired.....But it was not there in most of the North Indian Big functions....We cant give sorry excuses like the cave was narrow and the lock was like suit case lock ....That day alone 80000 people's presence which is like a daily count in Tirupathi....But questions like; why there is a security lapse...Why the stampeded looks common in North India....What are the understandings from this incident.....Is it something related to common sense where one by one only can go inside a small cave???? It is really a wake up call for the Government If it is State or central....The thought here is "Be organized and more sensible if it is Sathyam theater or Samudhra devi temple "
